We offer support in both individual and collective labour law. We support our clients in

relations with employees as well as social partners.

We advise our clients in shaping employment relations, from the moment they are
established to the moment they cease. We also advise on other forms of employment, e.g.
mandate contracts, managerial contracts, etc. We support the creation, negotiation,
implementation of collective labour agreements, regulations (work, remuneration, company
social benefit fund, etc.), policies, procedures, ordinances. We advise on restructuring
projects, including voluntary leave programs and group layoffs. We advise on transactions
that result in the transition of workplaces from the existing to the new employer, we take
part in transfer negotiations and support our clients during the integration of enterprises.
We support clients in relations with a social partner – we participate in negotiations with
trade unions, consultation processes with employee councils.

We represent clients – both employers and employees in disputes at all stages, including the
judicial stage.
